Durante el desarrollo de estas jornadas, el visitante puede degustar tapas y menús elaborados con algas en distintos establecimientos de Camariñas: O Curbeiro, Komarea, O Club Náutico, , Gaviota, Moleda, O percebe, A Ría, O Bico, Oasis, La Marina Villa de Oro, Stella di Mare y Puerto Arnela.

A las 11 en el faro de Cabo Vilán pronunciará una conferencia, sobre las algas, Alfreso J. Veiga Villar, doctor en Ciencias Biológicas por la Universidad de A Coruña y, en su especialidad fundamental, por la Universidad de Santiago. Alfredo Veiga tiene publicado numerosos estudios científicos en revistas nacionales e internacionales y participado en varios proyectos de investigación sobre el cultivo de algas en A Costa da Morte. Actualmente trabaja como técnico de Medio en Biología Marina en la Casa de los Peces en A Coruña.
Domingo 6: Ruta y desfile de moda
A las 10 comenzará una ruta desde el ayuntamiento hasta la playa do Lago, situada al pie de la Virgen do Monte, con Antonio Muiños Insua, fundador en el año 1982 de Funxicultura Muiños, empresa especializada en el cultivo y comercialización de distintas especies de setas y champiñones. Treinta años después se convirtió en administrador de la empresa Porto-Muiños S.L. Su actividad más innovadora, en colaboración con varias universidades, se centra en las algas marinas para la alimentación humana. Al pie de la playa explicará como recogen las algas y su posterior comercialización.
Por la tarde, a las 16:30, en la plaza del ayuntamiento se celebrará un desfile de moda. Un pase de modelos de Camariñas que lucirán todo tipo de prendas y también joyería y bisutería, que se puede adquirir en los comercios de la villa. Ropa y complementos que en algún caso cuentan con detalles elaborados con encaje realizado por las palilleiras camariñáns, auténticas artistas de este trabajo reconocido mundialmente.
